What Strength Training Teaches You

Strength training is about doing the impossible - overcoming the unachievable.

What we face may look insurmountable.

As women we are told how unachievable being strong really is.

Our social constructs donโ€™t allow for strong and feminine.

But we persevere despite the doubt.

We learn something from all those sets and reps when we didnโ€™t think we could lift another kilo of weightโ€ฆ

Together we celebrate gaining kilos in a way that women have never been allowed to previously.

And if we can overcome these obstacles with a barbell, then who knows what we are truly capable of.

What we learn is that we are always stronger than we know.
