STEP 2 On-Boarding Our 1-on-1 On-Boarding process teaches you the basics. We assess your individual movement patterns to ensure you start at the right progressions and work your way up from there. We also complete a sit-down consult & full InBody Bio Scan that gives us a more detailed insight into your health markers. We use regular Check-Ins to track your progress over the course of your membership.
