Our On-Boarding program makes sure you have a thorough understanding of our movement standards, proper technique as well as your personal starting point on the program. From there, our small group class format allows us to individualise your workout, ensuring performance, progress and safety is optimised.
We also include accessory work into each of our Strength sessions. These focus on building a strong midline (core), strengthening the stability of your joints, activating lazy muscles (usually the hamstrings & glutes) improving mobility and range of motion and building better body awareness. We evaluate your progress every 4 weeks to keep you motivated, excited and moving in the right direction!
We have Monthly Intention initiatives to keep your eyes on the prise, Accountability Programs to ensure you prioritise yourself even when life gets busy and Monthly Community events to get social and spend time with our fitness friends outside the gym! We are more than just a gym, we’re a family!

Upon joining, you receive a training journal and are encouraged to write down and log your results in each class. We test and re-test your performance every 12 weeks and keep track of your improvements all year round on our Fitness Board within the gym. Your coaches are available at any time to answer your questions & help you stay accountable.
