We bring new members into our community through our On-Boarding program.
Before you even set foot into a class, you complete 2 one-on-one sessions with your coach to evaluate your movement, strength, coordination & fitness. It is here that we teach you the essentials of what we do.
These sessions cover things like breathing, activation and understanding how to effectively use YOUR body in training.
HOW IT WORKS
Once you have purchased your On-Boarding Program, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to our scheduling page where you can book-in your sessions with us!
You are not obliged to purchase a membership after the On-Boarding program.
This program works as a no-strings-attached commitment. It's a way for you to check out our space, to see if how we teach & coach resonates with you and if we are the right "fitness home" for what you're after!
